Smooth, balanced, and endlessly satisfying — grown by smallholder farmers in the Andes Mountains of Medellín, Colombia. At 1,300–1,500M elevation on volcanic loam soils, these Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varieties develop notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. Fully washed and solar-dried for a clean, bright cup.
